First seen Mar 07, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study tests whether giving the immunotherapy drug cemiplimab before and after surgery can help people with stage II-IIIA non-small cell lung cancer that has high PD-L1 levels. About 33 adults will receive 3 doses of cemiplimab before surgery, then 10 more doses after. The main goal is to see how much tumor remains after treatment. This approach aims to control the disease, but ongoing management may still be needed.
