Heart scan showdown: does early action stop chest pain?

Summary
This study looks at 570 people with chronic coronary syndrome who have chest pain. They will get a special heart scan (PET) to check blood flow. Those with abnormal results are randomly assigned to either immediate heart catheterization or standard medication. The goal is to see which approach better relieves chest pain after 3 months.
