Summary
This study tests whether a one-on-one feedback session, based on a week of daily diaries, can help perfectionistic university students manage stress and improve well-being. Researchers will compare different versions of the feedback to see which works best. The goal is to reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety and increase feelings of empowerment.
