Summary

This study tests whether a one-hour personalized feedback session can help university students who struggle with perfectionism feel more empowered and less stressed. Participants will fill out daily diaries for a week and then receive a custom slideshow explaining their stress and coping patterns. The goal is to see if this feedback improves mood and coping skills compared to no feedback.
