Fish drink tested as potential brain booster for early memory loss
NCT ID NCT07239635
Summary
This study tested whether a daily drink made from perch fish could help improve memory and thinking skills in people with mild cognitive impairment (MCI). For 24 weeks, 54 participants either drank the perch essence or a look-alike fish broth. Researchers measured changes in cognitive tests, blood markers, and nutrition to see if the supplement made a difference.
