Could fish essence slow memory loss? new study investigates
NCT ID NCT07239635
Summary
This study tested whether a liquid supplement made from perch fish could help improve or maintain thinking skills in people with mild cognitive impairment (MCI), an early stage of memory concerns. For 24 weeks, 54 participants either took the fish essence or a look-alike fish broth. Researchers measured changes in memory tests and general health to see if the supplement made a difference.
