First seen Nov 20, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study tested whether a daily drink made from perch essence could help improve thinking and memory in people with mild cognitive impairment. 54 adults aged 45 and older with early memory problems took part. For 24 weeks, half drank perch essence twice a day, while the other half drank a similar-tasting fish stock. Researchers measured changes in cognitive tests and blood markers to see if the supplement had any effect.
