Summary
This early-phase trial tests a new drug called PEP-010 in people with metastatic solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The study first gives PEP-010 alone, then in combination with chemotherapy drugs paclitaxel or gemcitabine. It aims to find a safe dose and check if the drug can shrink tumors, especially in pancreatic and ovarian cancers.
