New drug may boost IVF success by thickening uterine lining

Summary
This study tests whether pentoxyfilline, a drug that improves blood flow, can thicken the uterine lining and increase pregnancy rates in women with unexplained infertility who are using frozen embryos. About 100 women will take the drug before their embryo transfer. The main goal is to see if more women become pregnant, measured by a positive pregnancy test.
