New drug may boost IVF success by thickening uterine lining

Summary

This study tests whether pentoxyfilline, a drug that improves blood flow, can thicken the uterine lining and increase pregnancy rates in women with unexplained infertility who are using frozen embryos. About 100 women will receive the drug and be monitored for pregnancy. The goal is to see if this simple treatment can improve IVF outcomes.
