Can a stretching device before penile implant boost length and satisfaction?

Summary
This study looks at whether using a penile traction device (RestoreX) for several weeks before getting a penile implant can increase the size of the implant and improve patient satisfaction. About 48 men with erectile dysfunction will be randomly assigned to use the device or not before surgery. The goal is to see if this simple, non-drug approach leads to better outcomes in penis length and sexual satisfaction.
