Magnetic waves may ease endometriosis pain without drugs

Summary

This study tests whether pulsed electromagnetic field therapy (PEMF) can reduce pain and improve quality of life in 60 women with endometriosis. Participants will receive either real PEMF or a sham treatment over 8 weeks, while continuing their usual medications. The goal is to see if this non-invasive therapy offers additional relief.
