NCT ID NCT06242834

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study tests whether combining two drugs, pembrolizumab and tazemetostat, can help prevent aggressive B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma from returning in patients who have already had a stem cell transplant or CAR T-cell therapy. About 32 adults will receive the drug combination. The goal is to see if this approach improves the chance of staying cancer-free for at least 6 months compared to historical results.
