Triple-Drug attack shows promise for tough brain tumors

Summary
This study tests whether a combination of three drugs—pembrolizumab, olaparib, and temozolomide—can shrink or slow the growth of gliomas that have returned or not responded to earlier treatment. About 57 adults with a specific type of glioma (IDH-mutated, grade II or III) will receive the drugs together. The goal is to see how well the combination works and how safe it is.
