First seen Jan 12, 2026 · Last updated Jun 23, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This early-phase trial is testing whether combining two drugs—pembrolizumab (an immunotherapy that helps the immune system attack cancer) and lenvatinib (which blocks enzymes that help tumors grow)—can shrink tumors in people with advanced stomach or gastroesophageal cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery. The study will enroll 15 participants who have already received prior treatment. The main goal is to see how many patients respond to the combination.
