New combo therapy aims to slow sarcoma progression

Summary
This study tests whether adding the immunotherapy drug pembrolizumab to chemotherapy given directly into the affected arm or leg (via isolated limb infusion) can delay cancer growth in people with advanced sarcoma. About 30 participants aged 12 and older will be enrolled. The goal is to see if this combination is safe and improves progression-free survival at 6 months.
