Summary
This study is testing if the drug pembrolizumab can help control or shrink recurrent malignant brain tumors (gliomas) that have a specific high-mutation genetic pattern. The drug works by activating the body's own immune system to fight the cancer cells. The study is for adults whose brain tumor has returned after previous radiation and chemotherapy treatments.
