Summary

This study tests a drug called pembrolizumab (Keytruda) in 157 people with rare cancers that have spread or cannot be removed. The drug helps the immune system fight cancer by blocking a protein that tumors use to hide. The main goal is to see if the drug can stop the cancer from growing for at least 27 weeks.
