First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This early-phase study tests whether adding pembrolizumab (an immunotherapy) to standard chemotherapy is safe and effective for people newly diagnosed with primary central nervous system lymphoma, a rare brain cancer. About 15 participants will receive the combination and be monitored for side effects and tumor response. The goal is to find a better treatment option for this hard-to-treat disease.
