New drug combo aims to shrink Hard-to-Treat head and neck tumors

Summary
This study tests whether adding bavituximab to pembrolizumab can help shrink tumors in people with advanced head and neck cancer that has continued to grow despite prior immunotherapy. About 7 participants will receive both drugs intravenously. The main goal is to see how many patients have their tumors shrink or disappear.
