First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study looks at whether doing pelvic floor muscle exercises can help men who have had surgery for an enlarged prostate. The exercises aim to improve bladder control, reduce symptoms like urgency and dribbling, and boost quality of life. About 46 men will be randomly assigned to either learn the exercises or receive standard care, and their progress will be tracked for 8 weeks after surgery.
