Simple exercises may ease bathroom troubles after prostate surgery

Summary
This study tests whether pelvic floor muscle exercises can help men who have had prostate surgery for an enlarged prostate (BPH) regain better bladder control and improve their quality of life. About 46 participants will be randomly assigned to either do these exercises or receive standard care. Researchers will track symptoms like urgency, frequency, and leakage for 8 weeks after surgery.
