Summary
This study aims to understand the long-term recovery and quality of life for women who have undergone a major surgery called pelvic exenteration for gynecologic cancers. Researchers are observing 79 women to see how different surgical techniques affect complications, survival, and daily life over many years. The goal is to gather knowledge to improve future surgical care and patient support.
