Summary

This study aims to understand the recovery process for women who have a major surgery called pelvic exenteration to treat gynecologic cancers. Researchers are observing 79 women to see which surgical techniques lead to fewer complications and better long-term quality of life. The study involves tracking patients' health, symptoms, and well-being for up to 10 years after their surgery.
