Summary
This study tests whether trained peer navigators can help people living with HIV who also use substances stay connected to medical care and achieve viral suppression. Researchers will enroll 250 participants in Los Angeles County and track their HIV viral load, clinic attendance, and medication adherence over time. The goal is to improve health outcomes through community-based support.
