Summary

This study tests whether an AI-informed peer-mentoring program can help healthy teens (12-18) and young adults (18-25) manage stress and build social skills, reducing their risk of developing anxiety or depression. Researchers will compare this program to standard peer mentoring and health education. 1,680 participants will take part over an academic year.
