Neighbors deliver meds: Tech-Powered fight against hypertension
NCT ID NCT06485700
Summary
This study is testing a community health program in Kenya that uses trained local peers to deliver blood pressure medications directly to people's homes, supported by mobile health technology. The goal is to see if this approach makes it easier for people to take their medications consistently, leading to better blood pressure control. The program is being compared to standard care for 1,140 adults with uncontrolled high blood pressure.
