NCT ID NCT06485700

Summary

This study is testing a community health program in Kenya that uses trained local peers to deliver blood pressure medications directly to people's homes, supported by mobile health technology. It aims to see if this convenient approach helps people take their medication more consistently and lowers their blood pressure over one year. The research involves about 1,140 adults whose high blood pressure is not yet under control.
