No-Math medicine: could Age-Based doses stop Kids' seizures faster?

Summary
This study aims to make it easier for paramedics to stop seizures in children by using age-based doses of the medicine midazolam instead of calculating doses based on weight. About 6,700 children who are actively seizing when paramedics arrive will be included. The goal is to see if this simpler method helps more children arrive at the hospital without still seizing, and whether it is just as safe as the current approach.
