NCT ID NCT06841575

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This pilot study tests a new handheld device that automatically aligns to take detailed pictures of the retina (the back of the eye). Researchers will scan healthy adult volunteers and patients (adults and children) in eye clinics to see if the device works well. The goal is to improve how doctors diagnose eye diseases like glaucoma and retinal problems, especially in children who have trouble staying still for traditional scans.
