NCT ID NCT05621317

Summary

This study is testing whether an immunotherapy treatment called PVX108 is safe and effective for reducing allergic reactions to peanuts in children and adolescents. Researchers are enrolling 90 participants aged 4-17 with confirmed peanut allergy to see if the treatment helps them tolerate more peanut protein. The study measures how much peanut participants can safely eat after treatment compared to before.
