New treatment could help kids overcome peanut allergy reactions

Summary

This study is testing whether an immunotherapy treatment called PVX108 can help children with peanut allergy safely tolerate more peanut protein. The trial involves 90 children and adolescents aged 4-11 years who have confirmed peanut allergy. Researchers will measure how much peanut protein participants can tolerate after treatment compared to before, and monitor safety throughout the study.
