Summary
This study tests a combination of four drugs (PD-1 inhibitor, rituximab, methotrexate, and orelabrutinib) in 50 people with newly diagnosed or relapsed lymphoma that has spread to the brain. The main goal is to see how many patients remain cancer-free one year after treatment. This is an early-phase trial, so the focus is on safety and effectiveness.
