Summary
This study compared two nutritional supplements—myo-inositol and D-chiro-inositol—to see which works better at improving insulin resistance in women with PCOS who are struggling with infertility. Eighty women took one of the supplements daily for three months. Researchers measured changes in blood sugar and insulin levels to determine which treatment was more effective.
