Summary
This study compared two nutritional supplements—myo-inositol and D-chiro-inositol—to see which works better at improving insulin resistance in women with PCOS-related infertility. Eighty women with PCOS and insulin resistance took one of the supplements daily for three months. Researchers measured their blood sugar and insulin levels before and after treatment to see which supplement was more effective.
