Summary
This study tests a combination of two drugs, pazopanib and temozolomide, in adults with newly diagnosed glioblastoma, a fast-growing brain tumor. Participants take the drugs after surgery and standard chemoradiation. The goal is to find the safest dose of pazopanib and see how well the combination is tolerated.
