Summary

This study looked at whether a program called Patient Priorities Care can work in regular doctor visits for people with dementia or mild cognitive impairment. 178 participants received a packet before their appointment and could talk with a trained helper about their personal care goals. The main goal was to see if this approach is practical and can be tracked using electronic health records.
