Summary

This study is testing a new tool called PATH that helps doctors assess and manage age-related health problems in people aged 50 and older living with HIV. The tool asks patients questions about their health through an online portal or with help from a research coordinator before a routine appointment. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and acceptable for both patients and providers in HIV clinics.
