Summary
This study used a special MRI technique called diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) to look at the fine structure of the patellar tendon in 62 adults with tendon injuries or ACL reconstruction. Participants had MRI and ultrasound scans, did knee function tests, and filled out questionnaires. The goal was to see if DTI can detect damaged tendon areas better than standard methods.
