Summary
This study follows 640 participants—including people with Parkinsonism, those with REM sleep behavior disorder, and healthy volunteers—over 5 years. Researchers use brain scans, movement tests, and biological samples to track how the disease changes over time and to improve diagnosis. The goal is to better understand the disease, not to test a new treatment.
