NCT ID NCT07553845

First seen May 01, 2026 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study follows 640 participants—including people with Parkinsonism, a sleep disorder called REM sleep behavior disorder, and healthy volunteers—for 5 years. Researchers use brain scans, movement tests, blood samples, and voice recordings to track how the disease changes over time. The goal is to better understand progression and improve diagnosis, not to test a new treatment.
