Summary

This study aims to find early biological markers for Parkinson's disease, multiple system atrophy, and Lewy body dementia by analyzing samples from the nose, blood, and urine. Researchers will combine clinical exams, brain scans, and advanced lab tests to build a model that can tell these diseases apart early. The study involves 180 adults, including healthy volunteers and people with these conditions.
