Summary
This study is testing whether a special exercise program can help people with Parkinson's disease improve their balance, walking, and thinking skills. Participants will do computer-based brain training along with walking and balance exercises that mimic real-life challenges, like walking while talking. The goal is to see if this combined approach helps manage symptoms and improve daily function for people with mild to moderate Parkinson's.
