Summary

This study is testing whether a special rehabilitation program that combines brain training exercises with walking and balance practice can help people with Parkinson's disease. The program aims to improve both movement problems like walking stability and thinking skills like memory and attention. Researchers will measure changes in balance, walking ability, and cognitive test scores after 12 training sessions.
