Summary
This study aims to better understand Parkinson's disease by comparing two proposed types: 'brain-first' and 'body-first.' Researchers will follow 150 patients for five years, tracking changes in walking, balance, thinking, and specific blood markers. The goal is to gather knowledge that could help doctors predict disease progression and guide future treatment development.
