Summary
This study is testing an experimental drug called ETX-19477 in people with advanced solid tumors (like breast, ovarian, or prostate cancer) that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the drug can shrink tumors or slow their growth. About 120 adults will take part in this early-phase trial.
