Bronx parents get help to beat pandemic stress in new study

Summary
This study tests a program to help parents in the Bronx lower their stress and better support their children after the COVID-19 pandemic. About 360 caregivers who feel moderate to high stress will take part. The program includes tools and support to improve family well-being and reduce the long-term effects of stress.
