Summary
This study tests a 4-week education program for parents of teens with anorexia nervosa. The program teaches parents about the eating disorder and how to support healthy eating and change. Researchers will see if this approach improves teen weight and reduces eating disorder symptoms, while also helping parents cope better. About 70 families will take part.
