Could a Parent's mindset ease a Child's surgery pain?

Summary
This study aims to understand if a parent's confidence in supporting their child's independence is linked to how much pain the child feels after minor surgery. Researchers will observe 150 children (ages 3-18) and their parents in Turkey, using questionnaires and standard pain assessments. No new treatments are being tested; the goal is to gather knowledge to improve family-centered care.
