NCT ID NCT05849155

First seen Feb 05, 2026 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study looks at how parents and children (ages 10-24) talk about the child's genetic risk for cancer. Researchers want to find what helps or hinders these conversations, so they can create better education and support for families. About 125 participants will be observed and interviewed to understand communication patterns and their effects on the child's well-being.
