Summary

This study is observing whether a pain-blocking injection given during chest surgery can lower the chance of serious problems like lung infections or breathing trouble afterward. About 500 adults having keyhole or robot-assisted chest surgery will take part. The goal is to see if this simple technique makes recovery safer.
